Whether you are building a new home, doing additions or exterior renovations work, are concerned about erosing around your property, or you’re just tired of dodging the puddles on the way to the mailbox, James has you covered.

Is a French Drain your best solution? — Will a new french drain solve your drainage issues, or will something else work more effectively? Let’s make sure the new french drain is the best solution for your property first.

French Drain Installation — French drains redirect excess water away from your foundation, walkways, and low-lying areas of your yard. We assess your property’s layout and install a system designed for how water actually moves across your land.

Extensions and Rerouting — Sometimes French drains don’t work properly anymore. We want to find out why and make the water drain more efficiently on your property. It may just need some repair or rerouting work vs. a full tear out and rebuild.

Proper Materials, Grade and Bedding — French drain work can be unique & materials must be layered correctly to prevent clogging. Proper gravel bedding, fabric, and better quality pipe are necessary to ensure your new french drain is built to handle whatever comes your way.

Inspection with Common Sense Repairs — Maybe your french drain only needs a little help on one side; or the grate has seen better days - James and team will recommend what’s best for you and get the job done - so you won’t have to worry about the drainage issues anymore.

We’ve seen plenty of french drain work done wrong by other contractors over the years: Cheap materials, incomplete pipe, cutting corners. That’s not us. We will fix or install it right with materials that hold up for the long term, so you won’t have to worry about it anymore.
